1. Scope of Services

EnterpriseLaw offers:

• Legal Support Services: Professional advisory and representation for enterprises and corporations.
• Info Products: Digital guides, templates, and training materials.
• Goods: Physical reference materials and branded items.

2. Fees and Billing

All services and products are subject to fees as detailed in your agreement or order confirmation. Fees are payable in full prior to delivery of info products or goods, and according to the agreed schedule for services.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Legal Support Services

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the start date of the service. If only a portion of the agreed work has been completed, you are eligible for a refund of the undelivered portion of the fee. Completed deliverables are not refundable. You may request to reschedule services up to 30 days before the original date without additional charges. Certain representation services that involve court or tribunal attendance are non-refundable once preparation has commenced, due to dedicated resource allocation.

3.2 Info Products

Digital info products are available for refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no download or access has occurred. If you encounter a technical issue preventing access, contact us to receive a replacement copy or a full refund. After download, all sales are final.

3.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Form. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 30 days.

4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request any refund or to reschedule a service, please submit your request via Contact Form. Include your name, Business ID S7024430A, service or product details, and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

5. Amendments

EnterpriseLaw may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on enterpriselaw.club with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services or products after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
